Just the business side?  At a prior job, the entire IT staff was told by the 
(newly hired) head of IT that he could fire us all and just hire a bunch of 
monkeys off the street and they could do our jobs.  That was pretty much his 
words.  What a way to get your underlings to want to support you.  He didn't 
last long.
