Here's what I have for our parallel sysplex, where we have 1E for one network
and 2E for a second network, shared by two z/OS systems with the portnames
shown. The VM comment refers to a third sharer (z/VM) which also has a link on
that channel with the portname shown (OSA2 in that case).

OSA&SYSCLONE.1 VBUILD TYPE=TRL
OSA&SYSCLONE.1E TRLE LNCTL=MPC,READ=(0400),                            X
               WRITE=(0401),DATAPATH=(0402),                           X
               PORTNAME=PORTA,                                         X
               MPCLEVEL=QDIO
OSA&SYSCLONE.2E TRLE LNCTL=MPC,READ=(0408),                            X
               WRITE=(0409),DATAPATH=(040A),                           X
               PORTNAME=OSA2, (THIS IS THE PORTNAME USED IN VM) X
               MPCLEVEL=QDIO

Best regards,
Peter
