There are two kinds of problems:
1. Old code doesn't compile correctly with new compiler.
2. Code compiled with new compiler doesn't run correctly with
old libraries.
Now, I understand that IBM has loosened the rules, but I thought that
there was still an exposure for the second type. I haven't used the
Enterprise compiler, but the first type of problem wasn't that rare
with F and "optimizer".
