Could it be due to this announcement that came in an email from them that I
received today? Except follows:

"IBM is developing a computer that is designed to withstand mistakes and
continue operating despite them."

"The company announced the blueprints to build IBM Quantum Starling,
designed to run 100 million quantum operations using 200 logical qubits by
2029. IBM says that would allow it to perform up to 20,000 times more
operations than today’s quantum systems."
