But they keep selling services that they Can't find resources to meet their contracts And the Trump administration is no longer allowing H1B Visa's to be renewed. And any new VISA Requires VISA holders to have MS or PhD Degrees plus several million to invest in the US. So basically all the Indian Outsourcers can't bring people into the US to replace American Workers with cheap labor.
