Hi Steve,
They have other problems too.

(As I pointed out in my LInkedIn post) They offer terrible wages for contract SysProgs. Sometimes  the money they offer has not been market rate for 40 years (no exaggeration). This gluttonous behaviour was the catalyst for HCL and DXC to use the same tactic -  underpay the consultant and add to their pot of the gold at the end of the rainbow. American/Canadian companies got wind of this and guess what? ... They started doing the same thing. I've explained to a number of recruiters during my lengthy (9 months) of unemployment that in the short term these 3-letter companies will make a bag of money. Long term, however, young people will notice the downward spiral of salaries/hourly wages and will opt out for more lucrative platforms (*IX and Windows).
These people are almost literally killing the golden goose.
A pox on them! Feh!

Regards,
David

Here is the back story - Lots of us have successfully worked of TCS.com.
The problem is a lot of us

Have moved on.

TCS has a policy that they don't rehire former employees. But they keep
selling services that they

Can't find resources to meet their contracts

And the Trump administration is no longer allowing H1B Visa's to be renewed.
And any new VISA

Requires VISA holders to have MS or PhD Degrees plus several million to
invest in the US.

So basically all the Indian Outsourcers can't bring people into the US to
replace American Workers with cheap labor.

That showed up in the First Trump administration when the TVA attempted to
outsource to Cap Gemini

And Trump fired the head of the TVA for that stunt

Subject: My Apologies

My Apologies for using IBM Mainframe for this however

TCS.com is selling their services to various legacy customers and can't find
Mainframe Resources to fulfill the contracts and in my case I have been
contacted over 400 times for Toyota.

If any of you work for a company that is looking to outsource to TCS. That
will be the kiss of death
