There's no shortage of MVS languages (e.g. SAS, Quikjob, dyl, Easytrieve, Earl, PL1, Cobol, Pascal and other MVS compatible languages) that will run in TSO but they have the same limitations (possibly more) as REXX and CLIST. I've stated facts in multiple posts, but they have been dismissed as nonsense.
