Trace parms have trace ON ..
We have compared parms and vsam cluster definitions to a running system. No
differences.
RACF also check.
Any suggestions as to where to start looking?
1. Syslog
2. CSFPRM00
3. Service level (is it new z17? Or maybe outdated z/OS 3.1 + z16 +CEX8?)
4. HMC: image profiles, especially domains.
