I can't disagree--at least how it's been implemented, where it's way too complicated and unintuitive. You'd think I could ask, "What gets tagged and why?" and easily say "Don't do that". Compiled into the shell?! That's insane IMHO.

It sounds good in theory, but every product seems to have a slightly different idea about what it means and how it works. There are also unintended side effects. The result is that things don't work as expected a lot of the time, particularly if more than one product is involved. -- Andrew Rowley Black Hill Software ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to lists...@listserv.ua.edu with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to lists...@listserv.ua.edu with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
