Regina doesn't use Unicode, much less UTF-8. That should be AC.

I copied/pasted the one from the Regina Ref. which was c2 ac.
But it didn't work so I fell back to 5c.  I think that's ANSI, anyway.

But examples and instructions in manuals should just work.
