If it uses IEBCOPY ut preserves user information such as ISPF stats.
For a single PDS(E) member, is it like TRANSMIT ... SEQ, which
discards stats?

Copying z/OS UNIX to z/OS UNIX, does it replicate extended attributes?

Can  it copy an entire z/OS UNIX directory, even as it copies an an 
entire PDS(E) library?  Pax  would perform as IEBCOPY in this case.
