<soapbox> Sorry, just can't resist. I've argued with some of the luminaries of this list for years about vendor code needing (demanding) authorized libraries. We (customers) are expected (required) to trust the probity and the technical competence of the code we allow into the most vulnerable part(s) of our systems.
