Paul, you should be able to issue the following command
  D PROG,LPA,MOD=module_name
to display the diagnostic data associated with the module.

The module name should be liisted in the CSV550I message.
According to IBM:
This is used by the system and IBM Support
<https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibmid?topic=contact-support> to track module
modifications, APF authorization states, or maintenance levels.
