You can always schedule it for February 29, 2016 since that will give
you 24 hours that are not allocated to the 24x7x365 blocked time <g>.
Since your data center claims to be 24x7x365, they can not refuse you
that 24 hour block of time to do this work since it is an one every 4
year off shift time block. If you can convince them of that, I have
an option on a bridge you might be able to sell for me.
