Was talking to one of my friends and he's doing a booming business in Cloud conversions. Each node is 40 by 8way with 2.5 petabytes of storage. They have hundreds of nodes and planning for more. They believe they can do more for a fraction of the cost in support and environment. That's the kind of stuff that gets conversions moving pretty rapidly.
The danger in sitting on your thumbs too long is they become attached.
