sessions could be started' until I have had 25.

sessions as we want on one PC. :-)

This is limitation of YOUR PC, don't look at host parameters. Note, the
sessions can be "adressed" to many VM guests, LPARs, CPCs. And - IMHO
obviously - a mainframe opeating system can support more than 25
concurrent sessions ;-)
Note, every session has a letter ID, so the naming convention provide
the limitation. IMHO the limitation is not serious, because it is hard
to wokr on 25+ sessions simultaneously.
Possible workarounds:
1. Use PCOMM and some other emulator for next sessions, like Rumba,
Vista, Nexus or free x3270.
2. Use virtual machines on your PC. Every Windows guest would have it's
own set of sessions.
BTW: WHAT IS YOUR GOAL? Why do you need so many sessions? Just curious.
