I don't know why LE would issue an ESPIE if you told it not to. It certainly seems from the evidence that something is issuing ESPIE. And it's issuing it in your state, which is supervisor state, which therefore will result in the abend you received. Is it possible that what you think are the options that you provided are, in fact, not?
