As someone else mentioned, what happens when you do a manual HBACK command on 
one of those ZFS filesystems?

Yes I saw that article.
If I read it correctly DFSMShsm should backup the ZFS files by doing a quiesce.
Our files do not have a backup at all.   Is this because they are mounted 
and
AUTOBACKUP can't get the quiesce possibly.
I am doing some more digging on my end to see what's up.
Is there anyone out there who is using DFSMShsm to backup there ZFS unix files 
and it works with multiple copies after a dataset is changed?
