(Un)fortunately, you won't get one. I just ran a number of tests, and in each case the DUMMY allocation produced both a TIOT and JFCB identical to the one with DSN=NULLFILE. I tried a plain entry, one with DCB parameters, one with a volume serial, and one with a serial and explicit unit address. Interestingly enough, the TIOT unit field was zero for all cases, but the JFCB did show the DCB and serial when used.
I distinctly recall that at one time NULLFILE allocated a unit if one was specified, but I don't recall when (MVT?).
