Are you sure that's the right sub-type? I don't know this SMF record type at all but CB3EBAB7 4D1D6525 seems a little implausible as a " Structure version number." (However, the first 16 and the next two byte values look right.) I can't convert floating point in my head but is not 42 hex = 66 decimal = an exponent of 66 - 64 = 2? FWIW, the field at +34 does appear to be the sum of the next three fields (two of which are zero).
