Unfamiliar name for me. That is way before I even started worked. I never 
smelled/seen/touched IMS db.

Stupid *ssholes. Same happened about 2-4 years ago. Some *sshole put in a tape 
for his/her/it Unix backups, never checked that the backups are *working* and 
*usable*.

Good messy war story. For above Unix backups, there were NOTHING to restore at 
all. Not my problem. ;-)
