Right. And it's irrelevant whether the sleeping task and the other task
are attempting to reference the same or different members, it's the 2nd
concurrent open-for-output attempt on the same PDS that causes the problem.
As a noted in another reply, that "the same PDS" is really be "the
same PDS OR a PDS with the same name on a different VOLSER" since the
RNAME of the ENQ uses ONLY the DSN not the DSN+VOLSER.
