TSO OCOPY has INDD and OUTDD so it will work fine and will use the TSO FREE 
command to catalog/delete..

FTP PUT/GET supports the specification of a GDG number but does not have the 
ability to control CATALOG/DELETE. However, RENAME 'xxx' 'MY.GDG(+1)' will do 
exactly what you want.

As for other commands, you can run your own tests to find out how you can use 
them.
