To see 9 of 9 you need to issue the command D TCPIP,TCPDFLT,N,ALLCONN,CLI=VPS*,FORM=LONG,MAX=* The way I understand it is that the 'missing' connections will 'soon' go away, anyway and have a status like TIMEWT. (But I don't really understand IP.) I have been told that it is described somewhere.
