As best I can tell there is an intermittent bug[1] that causes the
software to process the message twice. In every case that I have seen,
there was no need to resend my message. In particular, your original
message did appear on the list.
[1] At first I thought that it was an issue at my end, but I have
seen to many others with the same problem for that
explanation to be tenable.
