VMAC64 that is written when there is a record management catalog
Oct 3, 2002 update request. Variable SITUIND='CATALOG UPDATE' is set
from SMF64RIN bit 7 for this new event; this record will
not contain any extent information.

I am very occasionally seeing (I think - many layers in play here) SMF Type
64 records with Bit 7 (x'01') on in SMF64RIN, "the Situation Indicator." The
bit is documented as "Reserved."
Anyone have any idea what it means?
