So how can something so fundamental to interesting tools (like BCPii and CIM) be so appallingly (un)documented. It's hardly even mentioned except as a pre-req to the above. Fairly typical actually ... at escape BCPii was basically undocumented (and effectively unusable by the unwashed masses), and CIM was likewise - both have recently become more accessible and useful, albeit too late in the game IMHO. Seems all things USS have to be inflicted on us rather than "released" properly. </rant>
