I think Jon was speaking from an ISV perspective, but I could be wrong as I'm 
coming to the discussion very late.
I've been in the situation where I'd love to have a decent diagnostic tool I 
could take in to customers sites several times. All too hard.
I spoke to the folks at Daves booth at Share over a decade ago. Even tried to 
get a BP here in Aus interested in getting a license, but similar issues 
appeared as I would have been (probably) diagnosing other companies products on 
customer environments.

But everyone was happy for me to lob onsite and plough through a dump(s). Go 
figga.
