  Under IPCS, IOSCHECK ALLUCBS  or IOSCHECK UCB(xxxx)
will show PIN information.  You can do this from a dump.
Or, to do it from ACTIVE storage, your userid  need to have READ access
to the facility class which allows IPCS to access fetch-protected
non-key 8 storage, because the pin queue elements are in fetch protected
key 0 ESQA storage.
