SCDS = SYS2.SMS.SCDS?"  Also, does ISMF display the same DataClas information 
for CDS Name: 'ACTIVE'?

If IGD002I gives a different answer, then you can't be certain the ACS source 
you're looking at is actually active. For that you need, =L3.7.5 for CDS Name: 
'ACTIVE' which will tell you where & when the ACS source came from.  (When is 
important in case the source has been updated.)
