I received lots of service from IBM whose stickers conspicuously said
that the customer was *NOT* to return them to IBM; the value of the
media was less than the cost of taking them back, and IBM did not want
the hassle. I'd be very surprised if that changed, although electronic
delivery now makes it almost irrelevant.
