And anyone who thinks that the CIA. KGB, MI5, MI6 equivalent in
country of choice or affliction can't do the same thing or won't is
living in a dream world.  I find it interesting that Snowden fled to
China, then Russia.  Would he be willing to out their efforts in the
area?  In short, your data is vulnerable to all the countries that
have technical capabilities.

So has Canada but I suspect that CSIS like its foreign equivalents has
exemption.
