Presumably this to some extent explains why Gmail has been marking all my incoming messages from Yahoo posters to these mailing lists as phishing spam for the last week or so. I've been diligently unmarking them in the hopes that Gmail will learn, but of course I know nothing about the local vs local nature of Google's algorithms. In other words, does my marking something as "not phishing" contribute to its likelihood of getting through to another Gmail subscriber?
