The SEND subcommand of TSOE OPER command will work as well. We have a Rexx 
that manages broadcast messages. It uses OPER/SEND to list, delete, or add 
message lines.

Try entering it as an operator command in SDSF.  TSO has a SEND command 
but
you can not delete messages with it.
