A z/OS above-the-bar CSA or the like is clearly in the womb of time. How soon such a facility will be made available is not clear. Surrogate RYO schemes are, of course, easy enough to devise and implement. I have one, and I'm sure others do too. Finally, however, a private sharing mechanism is a [new sense] oxymoron.
