Be careful; that's "FILE IN USE"; not "DATA SET IN USE".

This is a good time to wonder why SMP/E uses its own  DDNAME schema,
rather than just letting DYNALLOC pick a unique SYSnnnnn name.  I suppose
it can be informative when the question arises, "Who allocated that thing,
anyway!?"
