Message GIM69149S tells us the data set is used for CALLLIBS processing,
to resolve references during link edit operations. This is also
implied, to me, by the generated ddname, SMP00027.
In any case, as others have already suggested, the culprit is likely a
DISP=OLD in the DDDEF entry for SCEELKED. Change it to SHR.
