But the copyright statements, owner names, emblems, etc, are also scanned in?

Shoot them, they [ and lame tree-huggers ] are very bored with lots of money to 
spend.  ;-)

But, then they're absolutely very tiring to all with common sense, is there not 
a law banning these 'trolls'? :-(
