As I understand the JCL SPACE parameter, SPACE=(10000,(0,300)) asks for a 
primary space allocation of 0, with a secondary space allocation of 300, both 
in units of 10000 bytes. The system then converts that to an appropriate number 
of tracks or cylinders, based on the actual blocksize.
