We've had only one problem with COBOL v5.1 in DEV/Test: An XML converter
program for a CICS Web Service, generated by RDz v9.0.1.2 and compiled with
COBOL v5.1, does not run; instead returning error message "IRZ9999S Failed to
retrieve the text of a Language Environment runtime message. Verify that the
Language Environment runtime message module
for facility IRZ is installed in DFHRPL or STEPLIB." The same source deck
compiled with COBOL v4.2 runs fine.

RDz Support is currently working a PMR for that.
