Initial Program Load (IPL) failed. The load address is not defined in the

There was no change even before IPL but not sure why I am getting the above

Some of the reasons:
There is another console with IEA101A message awaiting your resonse.
IPL failed with some wait state message (you should ee it as HW message on
HMC).
IPL succeded without your intervention (IEA101A was supressed by
combination of IMSI and system LOAD/PARMLIB parameters).
