For all of above, I suspect that the OP should check his/her CLISTS, REXX programs + PANELS as well any programs which modifies the PREFIX. It could be interesting to see what ISPF exit modifies that PREFIX. A simple LU <id> TSO compared with IRRDBU00 unload of that id could help too. To the OP: is this problem only with that ONE id or some/all of them? After that, a PMR could be opened.
