Each of these regions have multiple LPARs and corresponding consoles. These consoles are monitored by the console monitoring team. Mainly the online (CICS, DB2 , IMS etc) and BATCH jobs are monitored by the monitoring team. Along with the STCs. If they are not in their expected state , then they would action them as per the instruction given by the respective teams (MVS systems team or Online CICS/DB2/IMS teams etc).
