FWIW I tend to be skeptical of FBI claims that "the Chinese did it"
or "the North Koreans did it", especially when those claims are made
early in the investigation. These seems to be their kneejerk, goto
allegations when they only have kindergarten quality evidence, and
they most likely have no f'ing clue about what really happened.
