Now it's (sadly) a "violation" to not use an IBM mainframe?! I know IBM has top lawyers and all, but I never imagined they'd be quite so successful. Somehow reminds me of the old joke that goes "If the phone company can charge you $3/month to not have your number listed, just imagine how much they can charge you for not having a phone at all."
