What is the best way to customize my batch SMP/E JCL to execute
Secure FTP every time I submit a RECEIVEFROMNETWORK?
Not sure this is the "best" way to use FTPS, but I suggest you create an
appropriate ftp.data file, and tell FTP to use that file with the -f
option specified in the <CLIENT> data. This seems to work for many, and
you can check it out in the "Preparing for secure internet delivery"
chapter in the SMP/E Users' Guide:

Also note that if FTPS causes you trouble, usually because of a proxy or
firewall, consider using HTTPS instead. This is also described in that
chapter.
