This is the first occurrence.
The hardware engineer happened to be on site. He has checked and no issues with 
CPU (There are 3 LPARs on this machine and only one was affected in any case).
Yes, all systems came up normally after IPL.

Not me, but have your hardware engineer look at it. Perhaps there is a 
temperature problem or some hardware or voltage problem.

When you come up, were all your systems and DBs intact?
