Depends on what you are setting up. There are several Share presentations on ACS Code and HSM, Best Practices, and a few Redbooks on DFHSM and DFSMS.
They go hand in hand. I find the DFHSM PRIMER Redbook - handy. So the process that you will coordinate DFSMS MGT class will tell how long and what to do with datasets DFHSM will see the MGT class and action the requirements.
