What's the program number?

Some of the programs in the 360D and 370D series formerly distributed
by PID were taken over by SPLA, and in turn some of those are in the
SPLA section of CBT http://cbttape.org/spla.htm . Perhaps you've
checked there; I don't see anything named LISTUTIL, but if you have
the number from the (unsearchable) Catalog of Programs book, it would
help.
