I am not clear why a table exit needs to be used. As far as I know, the ISFPRMXX and RACF can co-exist. The ISFPRMXX has the ability to Exclude access (visibility) to the information.
The ISFPRMxx may require the SDSF Server to be running. This is a started task that uses ISFPRMxx to manage the information. I have worked in shops where I could not see certain output/jobs due to the exclusions in ISFPRMxx.
